Harry Potter Book Set

You asked, I delivered!  I made a set of Golden Books a few days ago that you can print and create your own American Girl size book collection with.  When I posted them I asked you what other books you would like to see to add to your doll library.  I got many requests, which is exciting, and I’m slowly getting around to all of them.  I thought the Harry Potter book set would be easy for me because I have the collection.  I was just going to scan and scale.  However, I totally forgot I let someone borrow the set (a long time ago), so I had nothing to work with.  I grabbed a few Google images and did some personal touchups on each one.  Again, they are not perfect, but they are so cute!

These books are designed so that you can see the title on the spine and there is extra cover for the front and back flaps to fold over to inside of the book.  Again, you can use cardboard, foam, or miniature notebooks for books.  Simply print these out and cover the miniature notebooks.  Now your American Girl Doll has the complete Harry Potter Book Set!  I am so glad several people requested this set.  CUTE!

      I have a question. You have many super ideas with these printables. I will be using some of them. With all the printables, these are name brand items, real book covers, etc. Isn’t there copy right infringement on these, or how does that work? I would love to try to make some other things by myself but I worry about that.

          As long as you aren’t selling them, you are fine to use logos, book covers, etc.

      I found the Dr Suess books in my Target Dollar spot and couldn’t wait to make then but I’m having trouble getting the right size. Keep turning out too small. Any suggestions?

      Also could you tell me where I can find the other books you have made? I’ve been searching but no luck.

      Hi, Rudy! Love your site and all of the crafts and printables! I have purchased the Dr Seuss notebooks. I printed the Harry Potter book covers and they are about 1/2 inch too short for the notebooks. What am I doing wrong? Is there a printer setting that I am missing to make them the correct size? Thanks a bunch!!

          You should be able to print them as is and it will be the correct size. Your printer settings might be set to something custom. Try selecting “fill page” to make them bigger.

      Hi these are so cute, my granddaughters are now just getting into the Harry Potter books.
      But I have one problem- when I print them out, the image is stretched out and kind of fuzzy. I printed the Hunger Game book series, and they printed just fine. Am I doing something wrong?

          Some of these books are a little pixelated. I’m sorry about that, it happened while I was making them to size. They will still be the correct size for the book covers.
