A few weeks ago Our Generation released an adorable Holiday Doll set. It included a small tree, stockings, treats, candles, ornaments, a fireplace and more! Sadly, it’s unavailable online now and many have requested we make a replica of the fireplace from the set. If you prefer the wood projects, check out our past American Girl fireplace project. We still have it and it’s nice!  However, if you like foam board crafts, this tutorial is for you! Once you get everything cut out, it’s very easy to put together.

This is cute, but it looks difficult. I would rather buy the set from OG.

Thank you for making this out of foam. I don’t have skills with wood working. Do you think some of the wood projects could be made with foam board just using the same pattern?
Could you make a “Santa’s Magic Key?”

Thank-you for this fireplace. While I love your wood projects I have no tools, let alone skills to try them. The foam board things I stand a chance at being able to make.
Could you make “Santa’s Magic Key?” I’d be great for those of us who don’t have fireplaces.
