American Girl Doll Build a Bear Craft

A few years ago I made the printable for the American Girl Build a Bear box. However, I never did a full craft or video to go with it! With so many new requests for this craft, I thought it was a good time to finish what I started. Many people make these doll size build a bears at birthday parties. The boxes are a perfect addition to make it a party favor so it’s easy for the guests to take home. They can also color the box before assembly!

    I am going to print everything out as soon as we get ink. My mom doesn’t let me use a lot of ink though ? I want to make all of you printable crafts but ink is expensive and my mom needs it. ?

    I made this, and it’s sooo cute!!! I made a white bear and i was thinking of doing a build a bear stop motion and have a stuffing machine. Can you make one? (Anyone can use this idea if they want to) I was thinking of have felt in bear shapes and boxes with pictures of the bears/animals and at the stuffing machine replace the felt with the pom pom bear. Thanks for making all of these crafts!!

    This was so cute, I immediately printed it out and made it, quite a feat for me! It was easy to do, and I also printed a tiny certificate. I have the perfect size bear which came from the $ store with a Valentine rose (chocolate) that I gave hubby. He said to use the bear for the dolls. LOL Thanks so much for the cute printable.

    Liliana I think you have the same bear as my sister! my first build a bear was when I was ten. it was a pink bear with a heart nose.

    I love this craft. I got my first Build-a-bear when I was about eight. She is a rainbow colored one with mostly blue. I still like her on my bed when I make my bed. And I TOTALLY agree with Puppyhamster about the bible. I just got one for Christmas and my dolls need one.

    Quick question, do you only do crafts that people request on You_Tube?

    And do you have be forever doll Rebecca? If so let me know. ASAP!

    I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS CRAFT!!!! I LOVE IT!!!! At Walmart you can get a tiny build a bear blow up machine that stuffs your tiny build a bear and its perfectly doll sized!
