American Girl Diner Paper Food Trays & French Fries

Part three of our American Girl Diner series is ready!  Slowly but surely our Diner is coming along.  Even with all the new fun and exciting Maryellen stuff going on, we are still crafting away at our own version!  Don’t get me wrong, her Seaside Diner is amazing!  But we want to see what we can come up with too.

American Girl Diner Series:

Part 1: Paper Hats & Guest Check Printables

Part 2: Menu Printables

Part 3: Paper Food Tray Printables

Part 4: Diner Booths

Part 5: Diner Table

Materials Needed:

  1. Scrap Book Paper
  2. AG Paper Food Tray Printables
  3. Yellow Foam Sheets
  4. Scissors
  5. Mod Podge or Glue
  6. Glue Stick

Tips

  • I did two coats of Mod Podge on the paper food trays.  This is optional but I like the feel it gives the trays.  I’m sure you could also use contact paper.
  • For the template I made the lines as light as possible but where you could still see them.  If they bother you, add a sheet tissue paper.  This still gives the trays an authentic look.

Watch & leave a comment of something you would like to see in our American Girl Diner next!

Could you please do booth and table tutorial? My mom won’t let me buy doll furniture but doesn’t mind if I make it (lol) so I really want to make a diner for AGSMs! Thanks!

I used my printable sticker paper on one side and checked scrap book paper on the other side. This eliminated the need for mod podge. Thank you for the printable, Rudy
