AG Face Painted Masks by Taradoodles

There might possibly be an American Girl carnival in our crafting future and how fun would it be to have a face painting booth?!  Of course, we don’t want to really paint the dolls faces so we have teamed up with Taradoodles to use some of their adorable, doll safe, face painted masks! We did a video review on them showing the products so you can see how they look and fit on the dolls. Also, be sure to check out the giveaway below. The giveaway runs from 3/02-3/09 and there will be THREE winners randomly chosen! Be sure to log your entry on Rafflecopter!

A few words from Taradoodles:

Any design is possible because each one is hand painted by an artist. These masks were created by a mom so they are durable, unique, long lasting, (hasn’t faded in almost a year now) and playful. They will NOT harm the dolls in anyway, you can use ribbons (which come with the mask), elastic or double sided tape to affix the vinyl mask to the doll. They are clear so all flesh tones show through. The designs are poplar styles in the face painting world. Find your local face painter at an event and get a matching design for even more fun. Good idea to keep flat when not in use, like stored on a piece of paper in a baggie, keep out of extreme temperatures and do not wash or toss into the dryer- wipe clean with damp cloth.   

They fit American Girl Dolls best. They also fit OG and Bitty baby. Other doll sizes can be accommodated, we have done a few MY SIZE Barbie/Princess dolls. (minimal fees apply, like the MY SIZE masks are $12)

    Our first choice when my daughter gets a face mask is always a Butterfly, so that is what we would want for our dolls too. We love Butterflies. I love Owl too, but Owl normally is not an option for Face Mask :).

    Wow! I would have never come up with these for my dolls. I would love having a face paint mask that has the really fancy flowers on it with other designs. That is the designs I always get on my face.:)

    I will have some designs that were mentioned for the contest up in shop by the end of next week. Paw Patrol, Julie inspired and a penguin to name a few. Not to mention the other requests coming in through messages. Busy painting weekend ahead for me. Great ideas!! =o) Thank you for your kind words. They were only created five months ago, so they can only get better from here.

    My daughter is loving this mask shown…Hmmmm…I think I would like her doll Julie to have a peace sign with a rainbow back round and swirls coming out.. Maybe a butterfly or 2. Peace. love & American Girl.

    Hi! My mom is a face painter and I love when she does a graffiti eye design using neon rainbow colors, stencils and black lines and swirls and of course tons of glitter..I love these new masks..How do they stay on??

    Hi, these are so cute! I really like the dark pink pirate, & the blue and yellow fairy masks. You could try to make different animals too, I know that my doll would love penguin face paint. Thanks so much for hosting the giveaway!
