New Etsy Shop Review for American Girl Doll Carrier

I am very happy to share with you this awesome Etsy shop I found years ago! Even though I’ve followed this shop for years, this is the first time I actually have something to unbox and show you! This is because every time I’ve gone to purchase something, everything sells out so quickly. I hope you enjoy the video! If you have any questions, please leave a comment below!

You can also follow this shop on Instagram. Here are a few words from the owner herself!

For starters, I’m Julia. My husband is currently serving in the military, and we’re the proud parents of 2 adorable pit mix pups. I’m the daughter of 2 loving parents that taught me that it’s far better to give than to receive. That’s why I wanted to create a business that lets you shop for a cause. Like my parents, I love giving back to the community. The sales of my “Tula” doll carriers are helping me do a lot of great things for children in NICU/PICUs and their families. My items sell out pretty quickly, so it’s not uncommon to see an empty shop. It just means I’m hard at work on more awesome releases. Don’t hesitate to send me a message about a custom order or calling dibs. I announce new listings and all that jazz on my Facebook page and Instagram feed @kissmycompassion Come meet me and say hi!

At Kiss My Compassion, everything is done by me to ensure quality. And because I have issues delegating. Ha! But mainly the quality thing. I pride myself on the quality of my products. This business is made purely of a girl (me), a dream, and a sewing machine.

My mom was the one that got me into sewing. In all honesty, my mom’s one of my best friends. Strike that. My best friend. She and I both share the same love and passion for sewing. Sewing has always been a hobby for me, but it became a business the night I realized that life is too short not to have a career that you love.

Like I said, I’m the daughter of 2 loving parents that taught me that it’s far better to give than to receive. My father is a huge supporter and advocate for Habitat for Humanity and spends most weekends helping to build houses for families in need. My mom uses her sewing skills to make hug quilts for Hospice patients and spends her weekends volunteering at our church’s food pantry. We firmly agree with the Dalai Lama’s belief that “love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive.” And of course, Ghandi. “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

You know that feeling when you open up a package and it feels like Christmas (or insert other holiday here?) That’s what I want you to feel when you open a package from Kiss My Compassion.

Don’t forget to give it a thumbs up!
