My Life School Desk
If you missed out on the great American Girl School desk sale a few weeks ago, don’t be sad because there is a great substitute now at Walmart! This is a quick review on the My Life School desk side by side with the American Girl brand school desk. They cost $10 each and personally I think they are a steal of a deal! Pros:
- Price. The price is right!
- Size. They are a little smaller than the AG school desk, which means that you will have more room to actually build your school room around them. It won’t feel cramped once the desks are in place.
Cons:
- Size. They are on the smaller side, which means when you actually put an American Girl doll in it, it’s a tight fit. I still think this could be more of a pro though.
- The color. Ugh. Why does My Life insist on this pink and purple for EVERYTHING?! I don’t mind pink and purple here and there, but for everything? It just becomes annoying.
I think that for the price the pros will ultimately outweigh the cons. Especially since the My Life School Desk can be painted! That’s right, get it and if you don’t like the color you can paint it the color of your choice! Check out what Amanda from AG Doll Play did with hers! Hey Rudy i was wondering if you could make whirlpool washer and dryer printables because my dad works for appliances and his competition is LG so if you could make Whirlpool washer and dryer printables that would be amazing if it would be easier for you you could send it to my email.

Very cute! I might just have to get one of the My Life school desks. I have some spray paint left and I’ll try painting them.
