Rainbow bagels are all the craze right now so you can only imagine how many requests we’ve gotten to make them for our American Girl dolls! The rainbow bagels were even more requested than the DIY Hoverboard! That’s saying something because the hoverboard was very popular.
For those of you that are unfamiliar with the rainbow bagel: The rainbow bagel originated in Brooklyn and was created by Scot Rossilo, the owner of The Bagel Store. It is known as the worlds most beautiful bagel. Scot has been making the popular rainbow bagel for over two decades! But it’s not just the rainbow bagel that The Bagel Store is known for, it’s the Funfetti cream cheese that’s served with it! Wow! I think the crew and I need to take a trip just to check these yummy things out!

These are so cute! I kept saying that they are beautiful when I was watching the video ? i think my favorite bagels are Cinnamon Raisin! Yummmm I want a regular bagel with cream cheese now…. LOL
