American Girl Lunch Box

Michael’s Craft Store had these adorable My Little Pony tins on sale for just $0.25 and I immediately thought it would make a great American Girl Lunch Box.  The tin lunch boxes are making their way back in style, and some of the American Girls have the tin lunch boxes anyways.  It is the perfect size!  There wasn’t much too it.  I just needed to add some lunch food.  Before I bought anything, I checked what I had already on hand.

This is what I found.  A grilled cheese, cup cake, and cookie, from the Target Retro Diner set, An apple eraser from Party City.  And last I ordered a set of four sandwiches on eBay a while back for about $5.  I believe they were Julie’s sandwiches.  You can get creative and make whatever your dolls love to eat for lunch.
