American Girl Milk Carton

Can I just say how much I am enjoying making American Girl Food?  I have only made a few pieces so far, but it’s fun!  One of the best things is, my daughter can be involved and make the Milk Carton with me.  She loves it and she is only 5.  Stay tuned, there’s more to come.  My daughter already has a request list for me of items to make.

Materials Needed:

Cut styrofoam or stacked cardboard

Scissors

Mod Podge

Paint Brush

Construction Paper or White Paper

I also wanted to include how to make the milk cartons origami style (Credit: Joost Langeveld).  This way is good if you have older girls who won’t destroy them because they are not as durable.  Since the middle is hollow, they can get squished.  The water carton in one of my pictures is origami and it’s already kaput.  So this way may or may not work.
