The new American Girl Doll Z Yang Collection is finally out! If you don’t have a store near you everything is available on the American Girl website. Another option is getting the doll from Amazon! Amazon has the doll listed for $115 with free Prime two day shipping! That’s a great deal for Prime members. I am really excited about this doll and her collection. She is a filmmaker and vlogger. She does a lot of stop motion and even though we don’t focus on stop motion videos, we still use a lot of the same equipment that she does!  When American Girl comes out with a crafter, I will be drooling! I hope you find this review of her collection helpful as all opinions are honest and my own.

      We bought Z’s camera set too. I really felt like the legs of the tripod were very flimsy plastic. Also the frame on the video that you open being thin plastic is so delicate that it could break without meaning to. I did think that the backpack was very nice. I just wish that AG would have put some quality into the camera items e.g. metal legs on tripod, buttons that work on camera.
