We are so excited to start a new year of crafting for the GOTY. Gabriela has a great story and with her loving art, she’s right down our alley. Art can be so many things. She likes to dance and poetry so we have quite a few things we can do for her. The first craft is this replica of her Creative Studio Set backdrop. It is so easy and can be completed in only a few hours for only a bucks! That’s a great craft! Plus, you can put your own creative spin on it. You don’t have to stick to exactly how Gabriela’s looks.
Materials Needed:
- window bottom printable
- window top printable
- White Wash Brick
- Scrapbook paper
- Craft paint
- Glue stick
- Tape
- Foam board *I used a 2 pack 18″x24″ from Micahel’s
- Letter Stickers

I love the diy items, but I have a question. Most of the ones I want to make call for foam board. Is it possible to use cardboard instead of foam board, as a more frugal option? I have TONS of boxes that I would love to upcycle and not much money to go buy foamboard….
