I have been thinking of making a few pairs of doll slippers for a while now. After making the unicorn headband and realizing how easy it was to make, I knew I had to use the same method for the slippers! This craft is very simple and I think it would even be a fun craft for a sleepover. Since there is hot glue involved, maybe the horns can be prepped ahead of time so the girls can paint them the color they want and then stick them on.

I didn’t add straps on the back because we don’t take our slippers out of the house. However, if you are taking your doll out while wearing these, I suggest putting elastic on the back. That way they don’t fall off! You can also add ribbon on each side of the back and then just tie a bow around the back of the foot. Either way will ensure you don’t lose a slipper!

Materials Needed:

  • Craft Felt
  • Scrap Card Stock
  • Hot Glue
  • Craft Foam
  • Craft Paint

      i made them with purple felt and a blue heart on the top and they didn’t stay on very well so i cut to strips of card board and covered them with felt and glued them on to the barks of the slipers now they stay on my dolls feet
