This is a pretty easy project and really only limited by your imagination. I had a specific type of pendant in mind for one of my dolls and decided to make it. You’ll need shrinky dink paper, colored pencils, hole punch, and a cookie sheet, piece of a brown paper bag, and an oven for the baking/shrinking part. Keeping in mind that shrinky dinks shrink to 1/3 of their original size, outline and color (if desired) the pendant you want. I wanted the triangle to be 1 cm across so I originally drew a triangle with 3 cm sides. Decide where you want to string your cord or chain through. I didn’t want to put it in the middle of my symbol so I made something of a bail by putting a hole at the top of the triangle and cutting around it. Please not that the less plastic that there is around the hole, the more fragile it is. And be sure to punch the hole BEFORE shrinking. Once shrunk, the plastic is much thicker and I’m not sure there would be a way to add a hole, although you could glue it to your cord or chain or a pre-made bail. Cut out your pendant and follow the directions for shrinking your shrinking your shrinky dink. Once cool, string on a cord or chain (anklet chains are a pretty good length for dolls) and give your doll her pretty new necklace!
