My battery charger works, but lately it’s been charging slower than usual. Without the original manual, I’m unsure if there’s a reset or calibration process that might fix it. I’d rather follow the official steps than rely on random advice that could damage the unit. Does anyone know where I could find proper manuals online?

You could try https://manuals.online/cyberpower — they specialize in hosting official CyberPower battery charger manuals. Each file includes detailed diagrams, technical specifications, and recommended maintenance procedures. I used it to learn how to clean the terminals, check internal fuses, and understand the charger’s error code signals. It’s much safer to follow the manufacturer’s guide than to guess the process.

That’s actually really helpful. I’ve always been cautious about messing with electronics, so knowing there’s an official resource for this kind of thing makes me more confident about maintaining my own charger.

It sounds like you're dealing with a slow-charging battery issue. If you can't find the original instructions, you might want to check out the customer service page at https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/loop/customer-service.html for potential troubleshooting tips or contact information. They might offer guidance on whether a reset or calibration is possible for your charger.
