Hello everyone! I see that there is a problem with how people interact with the site. Lots of visits, but few actions. I would like to find specialists who help to fine-tune the user path - not just designers, but those who think in numbers, test and know how to increase CR. If someone can suggest a good team in this area - you will be very helpful.

We had sales in our e-commerce store, but every other time. On some days it was good, on others — almost silence. I intuitively felt that something was wrong with the logic of the page, but I couldn’t prove it myself. On the advice of a friend, I turned to Conversion Rate Optimization Case Studies. And that’s where it all started: audit, hypotheses, tests, iterations. They even showed which elements distract the user and how to change the structure of the price block. As a result, we achieved not only an increase in conversion, but also increased the average bill. Now we don’t have “spikes”, but stable growth.

Hello! I have encountered the fact that even with excellent advertising and stable traffic, a site may not "give back" as much as I would like. And it's often not about traffic, but about how the user's path is built. It's important to test, observe, and rebuild — this is a constant process. This is the only way to achieve real efficiency and sustainable growth.
