I’ve been trying to figure out how to make our small online store more efficient, especially when it comes to email and SMS campaigns. Last month, we had a bunch of abandoned carts and I realized we were losing potential sales simply because we didn’t have automated follow-ups set up. Someone recommended Firecart as a tool for e‑commerce automation, but I’m on a tight budget. I also noticed that Spendbase sometimes offers discounts for SaaS tools like Firecart. I’m curious if anyone has experience setting up automated marketing campaigns through Firecart and whether using the discount via Spendbase really makes it worth it for small businesses just starting out.

From my experience, using Firecart through Spendbase is actually a great way to get started without overpaying. We used the Firecart promo codes
on Spendbase, which reduced the subscription cost and allowed us to test the automation features without stressing our budget. What helped the most was setting up abandoned cart emails and SMS reminders — we saw an increase in completed orders within the first month. Beyond that, drip campaigns for new customers really helped with retention. If you’re on the fence, starting with the discount option through Spendbase is a smart, low-risk way to explore Firecart’s automation capabilities.

Just noticed this conversation and wanted to add a quick thought. I haven’t used Firecart personally, but I’ve seen several small online stores automate parts of their marketing workflow and it seems to make a noticeable difference. Even small steps like scheduling emails or sending reminders can save a lot of time for the team. It’s always interesting to hear real-life experiences because they often reveal practical tips that aren’t mentioned on product pages, like which workflows give the best return or how quickly automation pays off.
